Refund and Returns

At Avelyn, we create elegant, breathable linen tops that are crafted with care and often made-to-order just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our production, our return and refund policy follows specific guidelines.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • It must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please note: Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Most Avelyn garments are made-to-order or tailored individually, meaning we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Personal preferences once the item is delivered

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide and product details before placing your order.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We advise using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Avelyn is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@twoskyretail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable resolution — such as a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order or customized products

  • Sale items or items marked final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been altered, worn, or washed

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if eligible), you’ll receive a notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
